Go to Google Tag Manager and sign in with your Google account. In the top-left dropdown, select your account and container.
On the third tab click admin, and then under the account column, click user management.
In the top right corner, click the blue plus icon and then add users.
Choose a permission level:
Administrator (recommended) — allows us to properly troubleshoot and manage everything.Click Add.
